HOW TO SEND YOUR BACKGROUND PHOTOS:

DIGITAL PHOTO: Send this as an attachment to our email address at info@christianjourney.com.
In the subject line of your email, please type "Photo For Pin or Magnet" and give us your name and we'll match it up with your order.
Digital photos must be at least 200-300 dpi and 1/8" larger than the pin or magnet.
PAPER PHOTO: If you have a paper photo and it needs to be scanned, you can submit your order online and send your photo to our address at the top of this page. Polaroid photos should be avoided.

FOR BEST CUSTOM RESULTS
The larger the photo you send, and the better the image quality, the better your pin or magnet will print.
HOW TO SEND A PRINT READY DIGITAL FILE:

Send this as an attachment to our email address at info@christianjourney.com.

In the subject line of your email, please type "Pin or Magnet Print Ready File" and give us your name and we'll match it up with your order.

Save as 300 dpi.

Save as a TIF or BMP file.

Include a 1/8" bleed all the way around the 1" x 3" or 2" x 3" rectangle or 1.5" x 3" oval pin or magnet. (Rectangle pins or magnets have rounded corners.)

Save as RGB colors.

Q. Can I have any photo that I want put on a pin or magnet?
A. Yes, you can have anything you like on your pin or magnet as long as it is not obscene.

Q. How much does it cost to rework my logo if needed for printing?
A. We charge $25 an hour for custom graphics work.

Q. How much are your setup fees?
A. No charge. We offer free setup on all orders.

Q. Can I design my own pin or magnet and send you a print ready file?
A. Yes you can. For best results, make sure your file is 300 dpi using RGB colors with an 1/8" bleed all the way around so that your background color will go all the way past the edge when printing.

Q. What are your pin or magnet sizes?
A. Rectangle = 1" x 3" or 2" x 3" and Oval = 1.5" x 3"

Q. What file types can I send you?
A. We accept BMP, TIF, JPG and CDR files.

Q. Should I send my file using color model RGB or CMYK?
A. For best results, send it using RGB.

Q. How long does it take to receive my pin or magnet?
A. Once we receive your order, we begin working on your pin or magnet right away. Most customers have their pin or magnet shipped out the same week they place their order.

Q. Is there a minimum number of pins or magnets that I have to order?
A. No. We'll print just one pin or magnet if you like.

Q. Do you send free samples out?
A. Unfortunately no. Because of the cost of supplies and the amount time that goes into setup, we recommend placing an order for 1 pin or magnet first if you want to see the quality before ordering a large amount.

Q. Will you give me an even larger discount on my order than your chart prices?
A. Unfortunately we can't do that. We already offer one of the best buys you'll find anywhere on the internet or in town when it comes to full color dye sublimation pins and magnets.

Q. Is your GT Deluxe Magnet very strong?
A. Yes it is. We chose the very best magnet fastener that we could find for you. It is stronger and better quality than most companies offer, is plastic encased and will hold firmly even on the thickest of men's sport coats.

Q. Do you save our files for future orders?
A. Yes, absolutely. We save all files and have them ready to go for your next order.

Q. What quantity prices on your chart do I go by for my next order?
A. For your first order and subsequent orders, always use the quantity price column that you are currently needing. The shopping cart will put in the appropriate prices.

Q. Can I send a photo to scan to go on my pin or magnet?
A. Yes you can send us a photo or artwork to scan at no additional charge.

Q. Will I be able to preview my pin or magnet before it's printed?
A. Not all pins and magnets need to be previewed as a simple background and text. But for a pin or magnet that has for example a logo, photo, background and text on it, we would then direct you to our online "Customer Gallery" to preview your pin or magnet before printing.

Q. How do I send you a logo or photo file?
A. Simply send it as an attachment to info@christianjourney.com.

Q. How much does shipping cost for a pin or magnet order?
A. The shopping cart will figure the shipping and handling costs for your location according to the quantity you order.

IMPORTANT !

If you are going to create your own pin or magnet file for us to use,
or specify a certain font for us to use other than our choices,
make sure that you choose a bold enough font that will hold up
during printing. Examples of a good font weight would be like
our font choices shown above. Thin or small fonts will not hold up.

We will print exactly what you give us
and we will not be responsible for non-ledgible text !

There are no refunds or exchanges on pins or magnets because
of the amount of labor hours involved, the expense of
materials and because they were custom made just for you
to your specifications. If it is our error, we will make it right!

Background: Solid Color or Design If you are sending us a photo for your background: Select "Background: My Photo". If you want a white background: Select "Background: Solid White". If you want a solid color other than white: Select "Background: Solid Custom Color" and then specify the color shade in the "Custom Information" box below. If you want to use one of our background designs: Select the "Design Number" in the dropdown. View designs below. Repeat Order: If you have ordered pins or magnets from us before, we will still have your file saved and ready to go.
