Return Policy

Measure your flag first to ensure you are ordering the correct size flag case!
Inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.
Return of product must occur within 30 days after receipt.
Return authorizations are required prior to return. Send email to: info@christianjourney.com
Damaged or defective products: Will be replaced at no charge and picked up.
Returned products for refund (Not due to quality or damage): Customer pays freight back to Spartacraft via UPS. Refund will be minus a 15% restocking fee.
All return shipments require original box and packaging.
