The Hundredfold Return
This is a very important principal in God’s Word. When you read and meditate on the Word, it grows in you like the seed planted in
Mark 4:26-29. The Word is the seed and if planted in the heart and allowed to grow, it will produce a good harvest or good results
in your life Mark 4:20. This verse tells us that the Word will produce depending on how you hear the Word, accept the Word and bring
forth fruit. Bringing forth fruit means to believe and act upon the Word and receive your harvest. Some will not bear any fruit
because they allow things of this world to interfere and choke out the Word Mark 4:19. As Mark 4:20 tells us, some will receive
30, 60 and 100 fold. Read Mark 10:28-30. This is speaking of giving and receiving a hundred-fold return on what you give. When it speaks of persecutions, it means that Satan will try to tempt and steal from you.
Do you realize just how big a return of a hundred fold really is? If you give $1, $100 comes back to you. If you give $1,000, $100,000
comes back to you. If you give somebody a car, the value of 100 cars will come back to you. That kind of return can only come from God!
Once you give, don’t let it rest there. Continually thank and praise God for your hundred-fold return and claim it as yours. Believe you
have received it and it will come to you. Now look at the end of Mark 10:30. It says, "But he shall receive a hundred fold now in this
time." Meaning in this life or lifetime. God doesn’t say it will come back to you immediately. It is a work in progress as long as you
keep believing for it and confess with your mouth that it is still coming to you. All that you have ever given can come back to you
100 fold before you die if you have faith. Now what about your past giving that you didn’t get a hundred fold for you might ask? It’s
still there waiting for you. It already belongs to you and all you need to do is apply your faith to it. The more you give, the more
you receive. The larger you give, the larger your hundred fold return becomes, which leaves you with more money to give to the ministry
of which you’ll get back a hundred fold again! You can’t lose or out-give God!
