Use The Authority That God Gave You
The devil will try to rob you if you do not understand your authority over him when it comes to your money.
He wants to keep you where you’re at and not let you advance financially. The devil doesn’t care if
non-Christians get rich and have a lot of money because they would never use it towards the ministry.
But he does care when Christians get wealth because he knows a good portion will be used to spread the
Word of God.
The Bible doesn’t say that you have to work for prosperity, it says that prosperity is already rightfully
your inheritance. It’s yours if you want it. If Satan tries to put poverty or lack on you, rebuke it in
the name of Jesus and use your authority over it. If you resist the devil, he will flee from you
James 4:7.
God gave you dominion over all the earth Gen 1:27-28. This includes dominion over all the earth’s
resources and everything material in this world comes from the earth’s resources Psalm 115:16. God gave
Adam authority over the earth. Adam gave it to Satan. Then Jesus came to earth and paid the price and
took back that authority from Satan. Jesus then gave that authority to you and me, the believers.
Believe for the things you want. Take authority over them and command that they take place in Jesus name.
Continue to meditate on the Word until you are convinced without a doubt that prosperity belongs to you.
That it is your inheritance. Don’t let Satan steal that from you. He will try to tell you that your dream
is impossible but rebuke him and his ways. Believe for more than you need. Believe for abundance so that
you can help others and your church and it’s ministry to save more souls. Read 2 Corinthians 9:8 and 11
from the Amplified Bible if you have one. God will give you whatever you want.
Read Genesis 1:2. Here the Holy Spirit was "hovering" over the face of the waters. Then God spoke and the
world came into being. We are made in God’s image and the same applies to us. We can call into being
anything that we want by faith. You are the voice of God in this world. He gave you dominion over all
things, even poverty. Take authority over the money you need and command it to come to you in the name
of Jesus Mark 11:22-24. Now once you have prayed and believed that you have received, get in line and
act, think and speak as if you have received it. Satan has no authority on his own. He has to trick you
into failing because Satan can only do what you say. The only authority that he has over us is by the
words that we say. Satan knows that he has to stop your faith or else you will receive what you asked
for. He will try to convince you that you did not receive. Also stop the wavering James 1:6-7. Your
prayer was answered and your ministering angels went to work the minute you put faith into action unless
you wavered. Stand fast, believe and receive. Another important thing to remember is that there can be
roadblocks to receiving like if you have unforgiveness in your heart Mark 11:24-26. If you can’t forgive
others, God can’t forgive you and that can interfere with your receiving.
How To Defeat Satan And Receive From God
Satan will tempt your faith and try to get you to doubt Gods Word. For Satan to succeed in getting you to
fail, he has to first get your mind and confession off of Gods Word James 1:2-3. If you are faithful to
Gods Word and resist Satan, you can count it all joy when you are tried by him because you know you will
succeed. Learn to combat Satan with the armor of God because he will try to destroy you Ephesians 6:10-17,
Hosea 4:6 and 1 Peter 5:8. Notice it says "as a" roaring lion. He "acts" like one but is all talk as he
tries to deceive you especially with the words that you speak. God created the universe with only the
words that He spoke. And if we are made in Gods image, the words we speak are just as powerful. Look at
the following verses and see how it says "And God said", Genesis 1:3, 6, 9, 11, 14, 20.
Satan will try to get you to think that Gods Word doesn’t work. You must be on your guard and be ready to
defend yourself with the Word of God Ephesians 4:27, James 4:7. Satan will immediately try to steal the
Word that was sown in your heart but don’t let him. He has already been defeated by Christ Colossians 2:15
and you have authority over him in Jesus name. Satan can only do what you let him. If he is attacking you
in any way, speak to him for example like this, "In the name of Jesus I command you "fear", and I command
you Satan to stop operating against me and to leave my presence."
Use the name of Jesus when you are casting down Satan Mark 16:17. Even Satan must bow to Jesus name
Philippians 2:9-11. The name of Jesus is very powerful. Use it for example like this, "Satan, in the name
of Jesus I command that you depart and I resist you. I bind you from operating in my life. I will not
receive poverty. I am a child of God and cast you out in Jesus name." Speak what you desire. Satan has
to do what you say when you use Gods Word and the name of Jesus, if you don’t he will stay. He has no
authority unless you give it to him.
Don’t procrastinate and wait too long. At the first sign, rebuke Satan. Don’t let him get a hold on you.
And lastly, refuse to speak opposite of what you believe you have received. The more you keep standing
in faith and defeating Satan, the less and less he will try to attack you. He will see that you are
strong in faith and Gods Word and leave you alone because he doesn’t like to be defeated and look weak
as he really is.
A Prayer For Your Financial Situation Or Needs
In the name of Jesus I take all authority and dominion that Jesus gave me over "________" (Your situation
for example: poverty, or the amount of money you need). I bind you up Satan so that you cannot operate
against me in any way. I will no longer tolerate you. I call for my ministering angels to go forth and
to make it take place. I thank and praise you Jesus for all that you have done and are doing in my life
and I claim my wonderfully blessed and prosperous life that you paid so dearly for. I accept my
inheritance that is rightfully mine as a child of God. I give you thanks and glory Jesus!
