Have you ever had the feeling of not being loved? Rest assured that there
is somebody who loves you more than anyone else ever could. So much so that He
laid down His life for you in order that you may have eternal life and live in His
glorious eternal kingdom to come. That somebody is Jesus Christ. Isaiah
43:4 says, "Since you were precious in My sight, you have been honored, and I have loved you."
We are all precious in Jesus sight. That's a wonderful, comforting feeling of love.
Jesus also said in Hebrews 13:5, "...for I will never leave you nor forsake you."
Wherever you go, whatever you do, He is there for you, watching over you, protecting you
and loving you.
1 John 4:16b - "...God is love"
John 15:13 - "Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one's life for his friends."
John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that
whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
1 John 4:9-10 - "This is how God showed His love among us: He sent His one and
only Son into the world that we might live through Him. This is love: not that
we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins."
Ephesians 1: 4-5 - "For He chose us in Him before the creation of the world to be holy
and blameless in His sight. In love He predestined us to be adopted as His sons through Jesus Christ."
God loves mankind so much that He sent His son to pay the price for our sins.
For the wages of sin is death - Romans 6:23. Jesus became our substitute
so that we could be cleansed of our sins and brought into fellowship with God.
Before Adam and Eve sinned they walked and talked with God in the garden, Genesis 3:8.
They fellowshipped with Him and they stood in His presence. Once they sinned
against God they separated themselves from Him, for God can not look upon sin Habakkuk 1:13.
But God's love for us was so great that He set a plan in motion that would
save us from ourselves. He allowed His Son Jesus to be the perfect sacrifice
for us. Jesus was without sin and paid for our sin with His own life.
He loved His Father and us so much that He laid down His own life for us.
My dear friend...you are so loved by the Lord and are so very precious in His sight.
Come and get to know Jesus Christ. He is alive today and is very much
real! He will be your companion, your friend, your Savior, your problem solver,
and your answer to life's everyday questions. Once you come and invite Jesus
Christ into your life, when you pray and talk to Him, He will answer you back and
talk to your spirit. For He said in Jeremiah 33:3, "Call to Me, and I will
answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know." And
also in Isaiah 58:9 He says, "Then you shall call, and the Lord will answer; You
shall cry, and He will say, Here I am." Yes, Jesus is very much alive today
and wants to commune with you. The Bible tells us in Hebrews 13:8 that,
"Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever." If He walked and talked
with the disciples years ago, He will walk and talk with you today! That's the great
thing about Jesus, He always keeps His promises. If He made a promise to you in
the Bible, He will keep it.
Romans 8:38-39 says, "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor
principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth,
nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which
is in Christ Jesus our Lord."
So come and get to know Jesus and the enormous amount of love that He has in store for you.
For He said in Matthew 28:20, "...and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age."
