If ordering a large quantity with a long list of information, please email the list to us at info@christianjourney.com.
HOW TO SEND YOUR BACKGROUND PHOTOS:
- DIGITAL PHOTO: Send this as an attachment to our email address at info@christianjourney.com.
- In the subject line of your email, please type "Photo For Name Badge" and give us your name
and we'll match it up with your order.
- Digital photos must be at least 200-300 dpi and 1/8" larger than the name badge.
- PAPER PHOTO: If you have a paper photo and it needs to be scanned, you can submit your order online
and send your photo to our address at the top of this page. Polaroid photos should be avoided. Note: There is a $5.00
extra charge for each photo that you want us to scan.
FOR BEST CUSTOM RESULTS
The larger the photo you send
and the better the image quality, the better your name badge will print.
HOW TO SEND A PRINT READY DIGITAL FILE:
- Send this as an attachment to our email address at info@christianjourney.com.
- In the subject line of your email, please type "Name Badge Print Ready File" and give us your name
and we'll match it up with your order.
- Save as 300 dpi.
- Save as a TIF or BMP file.
- Include a 1/8" bleed all the way around the 1" x 3" or 2" x 3" rectangle badge or 1.5" x 3" oval badge.
(Rectangle badges have rounded corners.)
- Save as RGB colors.

Frequently Asked Name Badge Questions
IMPORTANT !
If you are going to create your own name badge file for us to use,
or specify a certain font for us to use other than our choices,
make sure that you choose a bold enough font that will hold up
during printing. Examples of a good font weight would be like
our font choices shown above. Thin or small fonts will not hold up.
We will print exactly what you give us
and we will not be responsible for non-ledgible text !
There are no refunds or exchanges on name badges because
of the amount of labor hours involved, the expense of
materials and because they were custom made just for you
to your specifications. If it is our error, we will make it right!
